FAST COOLING MOULD (HIGH SPEED MOULD)

Sanichi manufactures fast cooling moulds for high-quality industry products. The fast cooling mould is designed and developed by Brother Japan and Sanichi. The rapid cooling moulds are based on the mould temperature concept. The fast cooling moulds carry out a quicker cooling method than the affected area by using beryllium copper, dido steel SKD61 and integrated coating system design.

DOUBLE COLOUR MOULD

Sanichi designs, develops and manufactures technically advanced double colour moulds for industrial products and precision mouldings. Sanichi offers unique mould design for dual mould systems. The double colour mould (multiple polymer mould) offers smooth production output.

WORM GEAR MOTORISED MOULD
