White, Black and Colour Master Batches
White, black and colour master batches are made of high grade LDPE/LLDPE polymer. White, black and colour master batches are of fine quality and meet ISI specifications. Imported Polyethylene Wax is used as dispersing agent in white, black and colour master batches to give excellent dispersion with antioxidants. Flame Retardant Master Batches
Blend Colours manufactures flame retardant master batches, presently Brominated retardant are used in flame retardant master batches. Flame retardant master batches have varied addition levels of 16 - 35% depending upon ratings of V2, V1, and V0. Flame retardant master batches are used in batteries, plug tops, welding cables, sockets, automotive components, electrical insulation, connectors and FR films. Flame retardant master batches are produced under strict quality supervision. Latest machines based on high end technology are used in developing flame retardant master batches.
Conductive Master Batches
Conductive master batches are useful against electro static discharge. Conductive master batches reduce electrical charge formed on the surface of plastic products. Addition levels in conductive master batches vary from 3-5%. Higher levels in conductive master batches are needed for more crystalline polymers such as HDPE. Higher addition levels in conductive master batches increases the migration rate to surface, resulting in better initial performance. Conductive master batches find application for injection moulding, blow moulding and tape extrusion plants.
