Welset Plast Extrusions (Pvt) Ltd is the largest manufacturer and supplier of high quality PVC compounds. They include medical grade PVC compounds, black and white masterbatches, colour masterbatches and Thermo Plastic Elastomer (TPE) compounds.

PVC COMPOUNDS
Welset Plast manufactures high quality PVC compounds mainly for the power and telecom industries. They manufacture cables, automobiles, soft and rigid extrusions, injection mouldings, blow mouldings, and blow film extrusions.

The company supplies high quality insulation, sheath and power cables for electric wires, submersible pumps and telephone lines. Automobile accessories like window profiles, bushings, o-rings, gaskets, sheeting for roofs, door panels, handles, gas tubing, seal applications, washers, bellows and diaphragms are also manufactured by the company.

MEDICAL GRADE PVC COMPOUNDS
Medical grade PVC compounds, such as non-toxic PVC compounds, non-toxic medical grade tubings and coloured master batches for medical applications are widely used in manufacturing variety of products for pharmaceutical and hospital industries. They are used for blood bags, urine bags, blood transfusion sets, IV bags, oxygen masks, nose masks, catheters, medical tubings and disposables. Non-toxic PVC compounds are also used for toys, novelties, bottles, safety appliances, etc.

COLOUR MASTERBATCHES
Welset Plast manufatures around 4,000 shades of coloured masterbatches available for different applications. They include LLDPE, HDPE, PP, HIPS, ABS, and PS base masterbatches. Moreover, the company also offers value-added masterbatches with various properties and expandable masterbatches.

The LDPE, HDPE and PP resins colour masterbatches are widely used in films, injection, blow mouldings and extrusions. The product range includes shopping bags, garden furniture, bottles / jerry cans, mats and woven sacks. PVC colour masterbatches are used for cables, shoes, flexible and rigid applications. They include battery cover cases, construction parts, automobile parts and pipes.

PS, ABS and SAN based colour masterbatches are used for refrigerator parts, home appliances, car parts, disposable PS items, etc.

ADDITIVE MASTERBATCHES
The additive masterbatches are high quality value-added masterbatches that are widely used for a variety of applications. UV masterbatches are used for agricultural greenhouse films, PP woven sacks and tarpaulin, crates, outdoor drums, garbage cans, FFS heavy duty bags, shrinkable stretch films, garden furnitures, extrusion sheets, car interior and exterior parts, etc.

PLASTIC MODIFIERS AND COMPOUNDS
Plastic modifiers and compounds are PP filled compounds that are widely used in automotive industry, electrical housing, home appliances, etc. They include garden furniture, suitcase strapping, trays and crates. Moreover, they are available in calcium carbonate and woven polypropylene sacks and flat yarn talc compounds.

WHITE AND BLACK MASTERBATCHES
High quality white and black masterbatches are manufactured with the state of the art manufacturing facilities. Welset Plast manufactures white masterbatches with Tio2 loading ranging from 40% to 80% in various carrier resins. The black masterbatches are offered with carbon black loading ranging from 30% to 45% in various olefin resins.

FILLER MASTERBATCHES
Welset Plast specialises in manufacturing high-grade filler masterbatches of calcium carbonate and talc in polyethylene resin. These have filler loading ranging from 50% to 80%. They are used in various applications like blown films, laminations, blow mouldings, woven sacks, tarpaulins, etc.

TPE COMPOUNDS
The company manufactures specialty blends of different thermoplastic elastomers (TPE / TPR) catering to a wide range of applications. They are available in different grades for footwear, automobiles, ball pen, toothbrush grips, gaskets, handles etc.
