Vaccum Tank

BJS’ Vaccum tank possesses a specially designed shape aimed at saving energy. The vaccum tank has superior product quality and reduction in wastage. It is aided by two separate circuits of vacuum generation & water spray for efficient cooling.

Die Head

Precision Design assures Smooth and Utilization of Extruder's Capacity. Big Die Heads are provided with Trolley for Easy of Mounting. The offered range of Dies, Mandrels & Sizers is manufactured using premium grade raw material sourced from trusted vendors of the market. The Dies offered are accurate with high output covers wider range of pipe diameters. Moreover, the material contact surfaces are chromed for free flow and higher output.

Extruder

BJS Designed Latest Twin Screw Extruder in Parallel design. It has counter rotating technology with controlled raw material feeding facility. The capacity of Extrude is 100-550Kgs/hr. BJS’ extruder comes with compact gear box design. It also has complete AC/DC drive synchronization of extruder, feeder & haul-off.

Joki Extruder

The Joki extruder from BJS is designed to lay longitudinal lines on the peripheral of HDPE Pipes. It can lay about 1, 2, 3 or 4 lines as per the requirement.

Threading Lathe Machine – conventional

BJS manufactures Threading Lathe Machine with Dog Chuck. Lathe Machine having bores of up to 400mm diameter throughout is available from BJS. The machine is fitted with a motor, switch and a starter. The machine is supplied with a stand, for resting the PVC pipe at rear side and for support of standard accessories as well. Other options against the threading lathe machine are Retro-Fitted CNC Lathe Machine for 20 to 250mm bore, SPM Threading Machine for 63 to 400mm, Thread Chasing, Tapping Machine, & Die Threading Machine for ½' to 4' bore and Champhering Machine.
