The machine is ideal for sealing and cutting of normal bottom sealing bag as well as t-shirt bags, from normal thickness, super thin to super thick bags. Electromagnetic clutches and brakes or in servo-drive motor ensure accuracy in bag sealing and cutting. Electric eyes follow printing to ensure accurate positioning of a pattern on each bag. The machines high-speed sealing and cutting saves time and labour. The machine is easy to operate and ensures perfect cutting as well as durable sealing. When dual sealing knife is used, the machine is ideal for making normal bottom bags and t-shirt types bags.

ELECTRIC HIGH-SPEED CONTINUOUS PERFORATING, SEALING AND WINDING BAG-IN-ROLL MAKING MACHINE

The machine is installed with electromagnetic clutches and brakes or servo-drive motor to ensure the accuracy of bag sealing and perforating. It is equipped with an auto digital counter so that when the number of bags per roll is reached, the machine stops automatically. The machine also stops if the materials are used up or the bags are broken. The motor controls the rolling speed to get a solid roll. Sensors are used to control the feeding speed and ensure stability.

FULLY AUTOMATIC PERFORATING, SEALING AND REWINDING BAG-IN-ROLL MAKING MACHINE

The machine contains a microcomputer that permits synchronized online motion control for extremely fast operation and minimum tolerance of sealing cut. Shaft locating and rewinding motions are automatically performed. It has a maximum rewinding speed of 110m/min with a positive and smooth rewinding effect. The microcomputer automatically detects various malfunctions, such as lack of film, film breakage or excessively low temperature. The machine will automatically stop and sound an alarm in case of above malfunctions. The microcomputer features an inline connection to allow automatic tension control. A specially designed rotating, heated knife provides an excellent cutting performance and secures sealing results. The running heated knife ensures the performance is three times faster than that of conventional sealing machines.

AUTOMATIC ELECTRONIC HI-SPEED BAG FOLDING MACHINE

It is an automatic sheet or bag-folding machine where the number of sheets to be processed can be viewed on an auto digital counter. The sheets on the machine are folded automatically saving time and manpower. To speed up the packing, bags can be folded in three or four folds depending upon the required bag length and width. It is easily adjustable using pneumatic controls with an electromagnet.

AUTOMATIC ELECTRONIC HI-SPEED T-SHIRT TYPE BAG MAKING MACHINE

The machine is especially used for manufacturing t-shirt type bags. It adopts a plug type IC that is easy to replace and the electromagnetic clutches and brakes or by servo-drive motor ensure accuracy of bag sealing and cutting. The high-speed sealing and cutting saves time and labour. It uses a 'heat cutting' technique for making t-shirt type bags. In case of bag jamming, insufficient temperature, lack of material or photocell sensor failure, the machine stops automatically and sounds an alarm.
