Two Stage Recycling Plant

There are two types of Two Stage Recycling Plants.  A) Two Stage Recycling Plant With Stand Cutter (Bottom) and B) Two Stage Recycling Plant With Die Face Cutter (Upper). The Plant is available with Recycling Line Complete with Motor Panel, Starter, Die Face Cutter, Hydraulic Screen Changer and Centrifugal Dryer with Colleting Box. It is suitable for HDPE, PP, LDPE, HM Film and Grind Waste material.

Twin Screw Rigid PVC Pipe Extrusion Line

SEW offers a wide range of Twin Screw Rigid PVC Pipe Extrusion Line to its clients. It is especially suitable for the extrusion of PVC pipes and other types of thermoplastic materials. It is designed with screws duly nitride and provided with water cooling arrangement and barrel duly nitride, hardened and provided with five blowers for air cooling arrangement. Suitable A/c main drive with Starter, helical gear box, bends heaters, De-Gassing Zone is provided in Barrel Zone for removal of gases & moisture during process through 1 H.P. Vacuum pump. Feeder Extruder for force feeding consists of 70 mm dia. Extruder M/c for feeding of PVC dry blend compound with 2 H.P. A.C. motor and helical Gear Boxes.
