TOOL DESIGN AND FABRICATION

V.S. Industry designs and fabricates tools for all moulding and injection operations. The group's personnel are extremely technically competent, and have vast experience in designing and mould making; our tooling division has over 20 years' experience.

V S Industry is equipped with the latest Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacture (CAM) facilities, and other CNC machinery.

INJECTION MOULDING

The company's injection moulding operation is equipped with state-of-the-art robotic processes. Average machine life is two years, and all are computer controlled. With several hundred machines in-house, all clamping-tonnages are covered. Additionally, an entire 10-K clean room injection facility is operational..

V S Industry is committed to continuously upgrading its manufacturing technology; nitrogen gas assisted moulding, overlay moulding and multi-shot moulds are some of the modern plastic injection technology in use.

PLASTIC FINISHING
