The in-house manufacturing unit at Allied Plast is equipped with the most efficient, sophisticated and advanced machinery. This enables the company to manufacture and assemble world-class precision plastic injection moulding parts and components, and provide excellent standards in service and quality.

Allied Plast's manufacturing unit contains six fully-automatic injection-moulding machines and eight semi-automatic moulding machines; mould capacity ranges from 1g to 450g. The company manufactures plastic components using engineering polymers, elastomer rubbers and thermo-set materials.

PLASTIC TEXTILE MACHINERY SPARES

The company manufactures high quality plastic accessories for textile machinery spare parts that include:
