FORMATEKA - DIES, PRESS-FORMS AND HIGH PRECISION PARTS

Since the foundation of the company in 1993, our main goal has been to produce reliable and quality technological equipment for our customers in Lithuania and abroad. Today Formateka Ltd. has the team of 46 qualified employees (the administrative staff of five people, five designers and technologists, 34 people at the manufacturing division and two employees at the quality control division). The area of the company’s premises expanded to 1,500m² (300m² for the administrative division). Application of CAD/CAM software and CNC hardware allows manufacturing of quality, precision and reliable products for our customers.

PRESS-FORMS, DIES AND FORMS FOR PET BOTTLES

Our main goal is to meet even the strictest requirements of our clients. We aim at providing our clients with the broadest range of services and production from the most simple to fully automated technological equipment, complex press-forms, dies, forms for PET bottle manufacturing or industrial equipment. We also aim at guaranteeing the best quality of our production.

Our team will put into practice or advise on implementing of every idea. We will design and manufacture any equipment at your request, as well as repair, modify or rebuild any equipment already acquired by you.

MECHANICAL PARTS AND STRUCTURES

In addition to technological equipment (forms, dies, etc), we also produce different profile mechanical parts and structures from our own or client’s materials. We produce details from plastic, ordinary and stainless steel, aluminium, bronze, etc. State-of-the-art technologies for chemical and thermal surface coating offered by our subcontractors are used for the final finishing of the surfaces. Our equipment and qualified staff ensures high quality and precision of work. We can supply our production in short, mutually agreed terms.

The most important customers of Formateka Ltd. are Lithuanian companies. About 40% of the company’s production is exported to Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Germany, Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. Currently, we are negotiating the export conditions with the companies operating in Italia, France, Austria and Belgium.

HIGH-PRECISION CNC TOOLING AND EQUIPMENT

Workspace of Formateka Ltd occupies around 1,200m². We have precision CNC processing centres, coordinate turning machine tools, milling machine tools and grinding (flat, circular, profile, centerless and coordinate grinding) machine tools at our disposition, as well as wire cutting machine tools for electro-erosion machining. Auxiliary technological equipment is acquired from well-known foreign companies such as Sandvik, Toshiba, Tungaloy, etc. In our manufacturing process, we also successfully use machine tools and equipment produced in the former CIS countries.

Formateka Ltd. uses subcontractor services for thermal and galvanic processing.
