COLD AND HOT FORMING TOOLS

Our wide range of cold and hot forming tools includes punches, KO pins, transfer fingers, sleeves, die inserts and other customised machine spares. We offer world-class customised machine spares at competitive prices. Our machine spares are extensively used in different industry verticals. Our customised machine spares are very accurate in design and shape. We ensure reliability and greater performance of machine spares.

FORMING DIES AND TRIM DIES

Jaii Maruthi Tools offers dies in two types – forming and trim. We also customise forming and trim dies as per customer specifications. Our forming and trim dies are widely used in different industry verticals.

We use accurate tooling in a press for cutting or forming material for forming and trim dies. Forming and trim dies consist of an upper plate and a lower plate, a lower shoe, an upper shoe or punch holder, and guide posts and bushings.

COLD EXTRUSION PRODUCTS

We offer cold extrusion products to global quality standards. Our cold extrusion process uses state-of-the-art technology and is becoming more popular, as the industry increasingly prefers the parts produced under from cold extrusion processes.

Our cold extrusion products offer good stability and high quality surfaces. Cold extrusion is an effective forming production method that allows a variety of shapes to be produced from blanks (sections of plates or rods).

JIGS AND FIXTURES

Jaii Maruthi Tools designs and manufactures jigs and fixtures to client specifications. We offer both integral and standalone jigs and fixtures. Our world-class jigs and fixtures can aid manual operations by aligning parts to reference datums and securing parts so additional functions can also be easily carried out. The jigs and fixtures will allow easy access to opposite faces.

We have supplied jigs and fixtures to different industry verticals. Using our in-house technology, we manufacture simple jigs and fixtures as well as more complex jigs and fixtures.
