CONTRACT PLASTIC COMPONENT MANUFACTURE
The company specialises in producing dies for forming high-precision electronics and electrical items, consumer items, automobile products and parts. It also manufactures dies for precision injection compression blow moulding, press components and precision components of all engineering plastics. In addition, it also manufactures bakelite, FRP, epoxy components, jigs, fixtures, fan regulators and fan regulator switches, electrical rotary switches and SPM parts.
HIGH-PRECISION PLASTIC MOULDING DIES
Niru is a leading manufacturer and supplier of dies for different types of plastic mouldings. It manufactures all kinds of high-precision plastic mouldings for electrical, automobile and consumer parts that weigh less than 100g. It is also capable of making containers, jars, jigs and fixtures.
Niru follows most advanced technologies in injection blow moulding and compression moulding to make high-precision components for all engineering, electronics and electrical plastics. The typical materials used in the production are LDPE, LLDPE, PP, PET, PVC and HDPE.
INJECTION MOULDING DIES
Niru specialises in manufacturing dies for injection-moulded products like plastic compounds, fan regulators, fan regulator switches, electrical rotary switches, fuse boxes and special purpose machine parts.
Injection moulding is a process that is widely used for thermoplastics to avoid hardening of plastic in the machine. The process can produce more accurate mouldings with better control on material usage suited for longer runs.
DIES FOR INJECTION BLOW MOULDED COMPONENTS
Niru Plastics manufactures high-quality dies for thermoplastic injection-moulded components for electronics, electrical, automobile and consumer needs. It manufactures dies for bottles, jars, containers, capacitor casings and all types of injection blow moulded items.
Injection blow moulding is used for the production of hollow objects in large quantities. The main applications are bottles, jars and other containers. In this process, the molten polymer is fed into a manifold where it is injected through nozzles into a hollow, heated preform mould. The preform consists of a fully formed bottle or jar neck with a thick tube of polymer attached, which forms the body. The polymer-attached preform is then passed to the blowing process where the compressed air is passed into the preform, which inflates it to a finished article shape. The blow mould is then ejected and leak tested before packing.
DIES FOR COMPRESSION MOULDED PRODUCTS
Niru specialises in manufacturing dies for custom compression-moulding items like electrical switches, fuse boxes, domestic electrical equipment, microwave containers, tableware and business machine housings. It also manufactures dies for gas and electricity meter housings and dish aerials.
Compression moulding is an original process for bakelite. In this process the compound or blend is placed in a mould and heated under pressure. When the reaction is complete the product is cooled and ejected. The products manufactured with compression moulding can be subjected to high heat since the raw material does not re-melt. This process creates hard, heat-resistant plastic products, including dinnerware, telephones, television set frames, and electrical parts.
