COMPUTERIZED NUMERIC CONTROL (CNC) MACHINES

The company performs various types of CNC milling functions using the latest technology. Our unit is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machines with spindle speeds up to 10,000rps and feed rates programmable up to 10m. Om Enterpise's five CNC vertical milling machines vary from 600mm to 2,000mm in X axis, 400mm to 1,300mm in Y axis and 450mm to 900mm in Z axis.

COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING (CAD/CAM) SOFTWARE

The company's highly trained technical staff uses CAD/CAM software to ensure that dies and moulds designs and tool fabrications meet the customer's specifications. The company also has CAD/CAM software for machining and modelling with focus on dies and moulds.
