Vasantha Tool Crafts Pvt Ltd (VTC) is a leading manufacturer of precision plastic injection moulds for plastic products in India. The company specialises in design and manufacture of high quality, highly productive reliable plastic injection moulds for injection moulding with cold runner, semi-hot runner moulds and fully hot runner moulds.

Since 1989, VTC has successfully designed and manufactured more than 650 precision plastic injection moulds and hot runner moulds for various applications such as switch gears, electronics, home appliances, medical, writing instruments, caps and closures for the pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and health care industries.

VTC supplies a wide range of excellent quality plastic injection mould products that include washing machine products, refrigerator products, flip top caps, writing instruments, medical equipment, switch gear products, torch light products, battery containers, caps and closures, MCBs, electrical switch gear handles and other related plastic injection moulds.

VTC’s sister company Renuka Plasti Crafts (RPC) maintains a moulding facility equipped with in-house microprocessor controlled machines for testing plastic injection moulds and producing components.

RPC is equipped with a range of modern injection moulding machines ranging from 45t to 250t, with clamping force from 450kn to 2,500kn, for processing thermoplastic materials. The company have moulded components with high cavitation threaded caps by using automatic unscrewing moulds. We also offer glass filled moulded components like mufflers for air conditioners, etc.

The company manufactures plastic injection moulds ranging from prototype single cavity moulds to large, complex, multi-cavity, hot runner moulds. VTC infrastructure is empowered by the latest technologies to handle diverse customer requirements.

The company is equipped with the latest CAD / CAM system and software like Unigraphics, Mold Flow Analysis and Pro/E to meet the requirements of 3D profiles. VTC has 14 CAD / CAM workstations that are integrated with high-end CNC machining tools.
