WOVEN SACK SEWING MACHINES - ST 502 HD
The ST 502 HD is a versatile, high speed double needle, double chain woven sacking sewing machine, specially designed for stitching heavy weight materials such as HDPE, PP, hessian, multiwall paper and other types of woven sacks.

The ST 502 HD woven sack sewing machines have a max speed of 3,000spm and working speed of 2,800rpm. The woven sack sewing machines have a stitch length of 11 to 18 stitches per 100mm and can stitch materials with thickness of up to 8mm.

WOVEN BAG HEMMING MACHINES - ST 900 CLS
Like the ST 502 HD, the ST 900 CLS is a versatile, automatic, high speed, double thread chain, woven bag hemming machine, capable of seaming and hemming light to medium weight PP / PE woven cloth bags and other materials.

The ST 900 CLS woven sack hemming machines have a max speed of 5,000spm and working speed of 4,800rpm. The woven sack hemming machines have a stitch range of 3.6 to 7.2mm and can stitch materials having thickness up to 6mm.

FIBC JUMBO BAG SEWING MACHINES
We offer a wide range of FIBC Jumbo bag sewing machines that are ideal for seaming and hemming light to heavy weight fabrics such as PP / PE woven cloths. Our FIBC Jumbo bag sewing machines are used for stitching evenly matched seams on heavy weight fabrics, for all seams on container bags, side seams, inserting top covers, attaching filling and discharging tubes with cords from the top and below.

HEAVY DUTY BAG CLOSING MACHINE - AS-800 VM AND AS-802 VM
The AS-800 VM and AS-802 are versatile high-speed automatic double action foot switch operated bag closing machines capable of closing mouths of filled bags. Our heavy duty bag closing machines are capable of stitching filled bags of all kinds that include HDPE, PP, jute, polyjute, hessian, and craft paper bags with synthetics or cotton threads. The heavy-duty bag closing machines are available in singe and double needle versions.

Our heavy-duty bag closing machines have a maximum speed range of 500 to 600 bags per hour. The heavy-duty bag closing machines are equipped with mechanical thread cutter, slat or belt type conveyors and double thread chain stitch seams.

PORTABLE BAG CLOSING MACHINES - AS–2000
The AS-2000 portable bag closing machine is a single thread chain stitch machine, mostly suitable for closing filled bags of agricultural products, fertilizers, chemicals, flour, cattle feed, sugar, rice, etc. The AS-2000 portable bag closing machine has a top speed of 1,500spm to 1,600spm.

Our portable bag closing machines are equipped with lubricating systems with oil pump and is ideal for closing bags, sacks made out of multi-wall paper, cotton, hessian, jute, jute laminated, PP / PE woven cloth and other materials.

Our machine is capable of a maximum speed range of 300 to 400 bags per hour. The portable bag closing machines are equipped with an automatic thread cutter and double thread chain stitch seams.

BELT WEAVING MACHINES - 2 ND 100, 4 ND 50 AND 6 ND 30
We manufacture high speed, single needle belt weaving machines, especially designed for seaming and hemming light to medium weight materials. Our belt weaving machines are recommenced for PP / PE woven cloth bags.

KNITTED WEAR SEWING MACHINES - AS-1500, AS-1504 AND AS-1509 MD
Gabbar Engineering supplies three-needle, five-thread flatbed interlock knitted wear sewing machines for top and bottom coverstitch sewing. Our knitted wear sewing machines are used for stitching men’s and women’s undergarments, T-shirts, etc.
