TOOLING FABRICATION
Leekee is equipped with an in-house work shop and the ability to coordinate one stop tooling fabrication for products that include audio video products, automotive parts, hand phones, computer parts, etc. The company produces tools, metal parts and mould plastic components in a wide range of sizes and production volumes all at the same fabrication unit.

INJECTION MOULDS
Leekees manufactures high quality plastic injection moulds. Our injection moulding machines have a capacity range of 50t to 220t. Custom designed plastic injection moulds are used for manufacturing computer display lenses and electronic display lenses.

SPRAY PAINTING
The company specialises in the manufacture of all kinds of sprays for plastics and metal parts product identification in industry. The company is equipped with more than 20 spray-painting lines, over ten units of spray-painting machines, fixture and masking jigs to handle 1K paints, 2K PU paints, UV paints, water base paints, EMI conductive sprays with low ohm resistivity (<0.5ohms), texture sprays, soft touch, high gloss and precise masking sprays.

PRINTING LINES - PLASTICS AND METAL PARTS PRODUCTS
Leekee is equipped with five printing lines and 45 printing machines for printing plastics and metal parts products. The company offers UV curved printing for better resistance and durability, self-fabrication of printing jig and accessories to enhance quality and reduce lead-time.

HOT STAMPING / HOT ROLLING
The company offers hot stamping and hot rolling services for different kinds of foils that include metallic, mirror effects, etc.

TURNKEY ASSEMBLY SERVICE
The company offers assembly services for a wide range of turnkey solutions for finished or semi-finished products that include water heaters, CD loaders, computer accessories, projectors, auto video components and automobile parts.

LASER MARKING
Leekee laser marking systems are used to print and mark products and packaging in a wide variety of industrial applications. Leekee offers static and user-programmable laser marking equipment designed for marking on a broad range of media that include automotive buttons or display panels, computer lens or display power buttons and precision marking. The spectrum of applications range from standard data such as date, time or batch number to complex graphics, logos, barcodes and data matrix codes.
