Maxsoft Precision – Plastic Injection Mould and Dies Fabrication, Plastic Injection Moulding and Secondary Processes.
Maxsoft Precision specialises in plastic injection mould fabrication, plastic injection moulding and secondary processes (spraying, printing and sub assembly). It is having its plants in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam.
The company’s long-term vision is to become an integrated plastic manufacturer in the global market and the market leader in tooling fabrication in the southern region in Asia.
Incorporated in 2001, Maxsoft Precision has achieved significant growth level in the global market of plastic injection moulding and tooling fabrication. Using the state-of-the-art machineries, the company offers a wide range of products in tool fabrication, plastic injection mould fabrication, plastic injection moulding and secondary processes for different applications in the global industry. The modern manufacturing facility is equipped with Makino CNC milling, Makino CNC wire cut, Makino CNC vertical machining centre, Makino surface finishing CNC EDM and Okamoto grinding machines. The new plant is scheduled to be operational by March 2007.
TOOL FABRICATION
Maxsoft Precision offers excellent tool fabrication in different types of application such as office automation, automotive, computer peripheral, medical product, communication devices and etc. The tool fabrication size is available in the range of 10tons to 550tons. The tool making capacity is 84 moulds per month. Small moulds of ten tons are available in different applications for the industry. Large moulds are available as per customer specifications. The precision mould tolerance of tool fabrication moulds is at ±0.01mm, while thin wall mould plastic thickness is 0.35mm.
PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING
Maxsoft Precision’s quality team specialising in plastic injection works provides world-class plastic moulds products. A total of 85 units of plastic injection press, ranging from 20tons to 450tons, adopting branded Japanese high precision injection press and electric motored driven unit. The plastic injection mould fabrication is extensively used for making several products required in different industry verticals.
SECONDARY PROCESSES
Our secondary processes offer manual/ semi auto silk screening, pad printing (1 colour / 2 colours), heat sticking, ultrasonic welding and sub assembly. The other important secondary processes include UV hard coating, rotary auto spindle x and y-axis, manual spray boot, oversize curing oven width (1mt), etc.
These different stages of secondary processes are vital in plastic injection moulding and plastic injection mould fabrication. The company has developed a talent pool in the secondary processes.
MOULD MAKING MACHINERY
Maxsoft Precision has established the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for mould making. The mould making machinery facility comprises CNC machining centre and horizontal high-speed machine (over 20k RPM). The company uses precision machines from Makino, Japan, for mould making machinery. Using 0.1mm to 0.25mm diameter wire, the latest mould making machinery can produce high accuracy and small profile inserts of plastic injection moulding and plastic injection mould fabrication.
