Windsor Machines Ltd is one of the largest Manufacturers & Exporters of Plastics Processing Machinery in India.

The Company began operating at Thane in the year 1964, in technical & financial collaboration with R. H. Windsor, UK. Today the Company has manufacturing facilities located at Vatva & Chhatral in the State of Gujarat, with total employee strength of 495 people.

The Company entered into a Technical Collaboration Agreement for injection molding machines with SUMITOMO , JAPAN in 1997 and through the same upgraded its entire range of models which are now covering the 50 – 1300 T application across all industry segments such as house ware, automobile, packaging, electrical/electronics, pvc fittings etc. Toggle type machines are available in 50-350T range and Hydro - mechanical type machines are available in 100 -1300 T range.

We have exported to various countries especially in Africa, Middle – East and South Asia as well as Russia. As a company we have as installed base of more than 10,000 machines.

The present series of injection molding machines supplied by Windsor are less energy intensive & more economical on maintenance cost compared to our competitors.

PRODUCTS

Windsor presents a comprehensive range of Sumo smart R machines. Sumo smart R machines are available in various models exp, sumo smart 75 R, 125R, 150R, 180R, 260R, 350R.Sumo smart R is used for the manufacture of various plastic fittings, pipe end caps, couplers. Sumo smart R has pin twin toggle locking unit and a variable pump. Sumo smart R have plasticizing capacity ranging from 6.5-34 g/s. Sumo smart R has an injection rate varying from 161-357cc/s. The total connected load capacity of Sumo smart R is between 15-37 KW. The weight of Sumo smart R machines ranges from 4- 16 tons.Sumo smart R is more economical to maintain and less energy intensive.

Sumo smart Pet

Sumo smart pet machines are also offered by Windsor in a wide array. Sumo smart Pet machines are available in various models. Ranging from 125-350T.The plasticizing capacity of Sumo smart Pet machines ranges from 14.3-71g/s. The oil tank capacity of Sumo smart Pet is between 125-500lt. The numbers of heating zones vary from 4-6 depending upon the sumo smart Pet models. Sumo smart Pet is used to manufacture fridge bottles performs, multi cavity mineral water bottle performs, pharmaceutical bottle caps, etc.

These machines are specially design to suit the Pet processing like high injection rate, high plasticizing rate to achieve the volume production with faster cycle time.

Sprint R

Windsor manufactures a very wide line of Sprint R machines. Sprint R is available in 450-850T. These machines are widely used in agriculture segment to make various sizes of fittings like elbows, T, sockets, Joints etc. These machines are sturdy in design, incorporated with variable delivery pump to save high energy to reduce the per piece cost of the PVC joints. This is world famous patented design of Hydro-mechanical clamping mechanism, Unique auto mould height adjustment saves time when mould changeover.

Sprint TC

Windsor offers an exclusive range of Sprint TC machines. This model is very much popular in furniture segment due to its exclusive marble pattern. This series is ranging from 450T-850T. There is two different injection unit combination gives variety of patterns. Both the injection units and it parameters are individually control by MMI. Sprint TC series machine are available with B&R / MITSUBISHI controller with 10.4’’ TFT color screen. Unique auto mould height adjustment saves time when mould changeover.

Rather than chair can mould stools, high back chair, dining table, these machine also have variable delivery pump system. This is world famous patented design of Hydro-mechanical clamping mechanism.

MARK

MARK Series is one of the most popular series in India for house hold segment. These models are ranging from 100-350T capacity, widely use for deep drawn articles like Bins, Buckets, clean up bins, drums, basins etc. This is world famous patented design of Hydro-mechanical clamping mechanism. Also gives high productivity and versatility, space saving, easy operation.

MARK series machine are available with B&R / MITSUBISHI controller with 10.4’’ TFT color screen.

New generation design of clamping mechanism achieves high efficiency and the balanced distribution of clamping force to assure accurate parallel alignments between the tie bars. Unique auto mould height adjustment saves time when mould changeover.

ARMOUR

The ARMOUR series is one of the MOST ENERGY EFFICIENT series available amongst injection moulding machine incorporating SVP drive technology. It is consistent with Windsor’s position as being the no.1 in the energy efficient injection moulding technology. Windsor also offers ARMOUR –H series incorporating high torque electric drive for plasticizing process. So parallel operations will be possible. Combination of SVP and electric screw drive will deliver energy efficiency almost comparable to all electric machines, while offering advantages of parallel operation not available with some all electric machines.
