FULLY AUTOMATIC PREFORMING MACHINE WITH FLUIDISED BED DRIER AND SIEVE UNIT

EPS has introduced the latest fully automatic preforming machine with fluidised bed dryer and sieve unit. EPS has supplied 143 preforming machines to big EPS processors in India, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Botswana, Kenya, etc.

Salient features of the preforming machine include strong MS outer shell, SS inner shell duly insulated in between, density control features and automatic electrical control panel.

FULLY AUTOMATIC HYDRAULIC SHAPE MOULDING MACHINE

EPS offers a big size fully automatic hydraulic shape moulding machine with arrangement of double size of pattern area 4,000 x 1,500 with 2,000mm stroke.

Salient features include two movable frameworks at a time and multi-mould with same size of multi cavity fixing arrangement.

Stroke inside: 2,500mm inside two movable frames with double pattern area multi mould mounting arrangement and double speed with 100mm x 6 cylinders and double speed with 100mm x 2 cylinders

The advantages of hydraulic shape moulding machine include two movable frameworks at a time. Provision for the same size to fix multi-mould at a time, back to back with double pattern area 4,000mm x 1,500mm = 8,000mm x 1,500mm.

In addition, the hydraulic shape moulding machine has a provision to fit 10 cavity mould of roof insulation board of size 1,227mm x 627mm with adjustable thickness of 50mm, 75mm and 100mm. The hydraulic shape moulding machine has 30% extra productivity and 40% energy saving capabilities.

FULLY AUTOMATIC / SEMI AUTOMATIC HYDRAULIC BLOCK MOULDING MACHINE

EPS manufactures fully automatic / semi automatic hydraulic block moulding machines of size 3,600mm x 1,230mm x 600mm with 1,200mm adjustable length.

The advantages of the hydraulic block moulding machine include the ability to manufacture different sizes of EPS blocks from the same machine, less wastage of raw material, 55% extra productivity and 40% energy saving.

The salient features include automatic EPS raw material feeding, smooth working due the presence of a hydraulic system and sufficient hydraulic clamping force.
