Twin screw Extruder
Twin screw extruders are designed with two screws rotating in co rotating manner and driven by AC drive. Twin screw extruder is fitted with segmented sleeved barrel construction with a 45 degree hinge die and good specific energy for processing, heating and cooling. Twin screw extruder is used to produce polymers like LDPE, PP, HDPE, NYLON, PC, and PET. Output of 1 to 1000 kg/hr is provided by twin screw extruders.

Segmented Single Screw Extruder
Flytech manufactures segmented single screw extruder which is driven by AC variable speed motor. Segmented single screw extruder has high efficient gear box and provides easy cleaning die with down stream equipments. Segmented single screw extruder is covered by sleeved alloy barrel, heated by high density cartridge heater and the cooling is performed by air cooling water.

Segmented Screw Elements and Kneading Block
Segmented screw element and kneading blocks are available in the range of 20 mm to 200 mm. Segmented screw elements and kneading block come in various length and configuration.

Volumetric Feeders (Single and Twin type)
Flytech also manufactures volumetric feeders (single and twin type). Single screw volumetric feeder and twin screw volumetric feeders are used to meter the material in a volumetric mode from 1 to 1000 kg/hr of various capacities.

Auxiliary Equipments
Auxiliary equipments produced include volumetric feeder of single and twin screw type. Other auxiliary equipments produced are side feeders, vertical feeders, liquid injection systems and hydraulic screen changer. Auxiliary equipment facility includes conversion of existing die head for quality optimization. Auxiliary equipments are custom designed according to specifications.
