INJECTION MOULDING MACHINES

The company is equipped with high precision injection moulding machines that have the broadest, most versatile moulding capabilities. The injection moulding machines are used for a variety of applications that include automotive, houseware, furniture, packaging, PET preform, medical disposables and many others.

The Genetec production unit is well equipped with state-of-the-art injection mould making machineries for customized and precision products. The manufacturing facilities include all the required machinery for bulk production of the required product. The facility is equipped with three EDM units, nine grinding units, 23 milling units, one super drilling unit, three CNC wirecut and milling units and one CNC lathe unit.

PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDS

Genetec's core businesses is divided into precision moulding and secondary processes. These secondary processes include fabrication of moulds and dies, injection moulding and silk-screens.

VISION SYSTEMS - PRE-DIE AND POST-DIE INSPECTION

The pre-die and post-die inspection systems are designed to meet the needs of all Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) of the die bonding equipment and end-users. This system is capable of handling the entire spectrum of semiconductor lead frame sizes.

Built around a Pentium® processor PC host and industry standard vision hardware, these systems ensure long-term sustainability. The software runs on Microsoft® Windows® 2000/XP platforms and is highly user-friendly.
