Plastic Grinding Mills

Plastic grinding mills are suitable for grinding granules, pellets or pre-cuts. Heat sensitive, elastic and tough materials can be easily handled with plastic grinding mills for achieving excellent powder characteristics. Plastic grinding mills are ideal for achieving results with increased surface area, higher bulk density and better dispersion quality. Cool grinding operation and short residence time optimizes production efficiency of plastic grinding mills. Plastic grinding mills can be used for producing powder from PE, PC, EVA, UHMWPE, SAN, ABS, which is used for master batch, rotational moulding, textile / micro-dot coating and wire coating.

Hammer Crushers

Hammer crushers are used to disintegrate the materials from coarse to semi fine grades. Hammer crushers are a combination of different types of hammers, liners, sieves that enable crushing of hard, fibrous and elastic materials. Hammer crushers are efficient in crushing plastic pellets, rigid PVC pipe scraps, and poly acrylic solid surface materials.

Air Classifier Mills

Air classifier mills are designed for producing micro-fine particle size. High air, unique multi teeth rotor and serrated liners fitted in the air classifier mills create numerous air whirls, turbulence and progressive grinding. The air classifier mills are designed to control the top cut size, great turbulence, and high air whirls to ensure minimum temperature increase to handle heat sensitive materials. The classifier retains coarser particles while suction fan discharges fine powder through cyclone separators and dust is collected in filter bag units. All air classifier mills are supplied with pneumatic conveying system.

Cryogenic Milling Systems

Cryogenic milling systems offer an ideal solution for heat sensitive applications for achieving good quality fine powders. The material is blended with liquid nitrogen to provide sub-zero temperature level upto -150° C. Cryogenic milling systems are ideal for fine pulverizing of thermo plastic and heat sensitive materials. Applications in which properties like pungency, aroma, volatility, oil and fatty, texture, dispersion are to be pulverized and retained cryogenic milling systems are used.
