SURFACE ACTIVE AGENT

Polycell Korea Corporation offers world-class foam machineries for producing surface active agent, an anti-shrinkage agent for PE foam sheet. PE Foam Sheet Extruder produces qualified PE foam sheet by butane gas foaming method with several materials such as surface active agent, talc master batch, pigment, etc. The machinery for surface active agent are available in standard units. The surface active agent can be produced in two forms. Using Polycell’s machineries, surface active agent would be produced in powder and pellet forms. The acid value of surface active agent is 2.0 max. The iodine value of surface active agent is 1.0 max. The ash content in the surface active agent is 0.01%. The melting point of surface active agent is 660C.

FOAM MATERIALS / FOAM MACHINERIES

ADHESIVE FOAM TAPES

Polycell manufactures world-class adhesive foam tapes for several applications in the packaging, plastics and other industry verticals. PE foam is one type of adhesive foam tapes. Single sided adhesive foam tapes and adhesive foam tapes are available for different types of materials. The copper adhesive foam tapes, aluminium adhesive foam tapes, PVC adhesive foam tapes, PE foam and non-woven adhesive foam tapes are extensively used in the industry. Polycell’s non-woven adhesive foam tapes are used for sound absorption, anti-vibration and after die cutting process.

PVC FOAM TAPES

Adhesive foam can be applied on PVC foam tapes. The PVC foam tapes are available in black and grey colours. The PVC foam tapes are used for good cushioning, protection against vibration by thickness. Polycell’s PVC foam tapes are ideal for sealing and sound absorption. The PVC foam tapes are preferred for anti-vibration, gasket and good waterproof property.

CAP LINER

Generally, a cap liner is fitted into the caps as a secondary seal. When the primary seal is broken, the cap liner protects the product inside. The cap liners ensure air tightness of the package. Polycell offers cap liners as per customer specifications. The cap liners are provided in punched form as per the required caps specifications of diameter and thickness.
