PROCON TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD – TEMPERATURE CONTROLLERS, GRAVIMETRIC DOSING SYSTEMS, GRAVIMETRIC BLENDERS

Procon Technologies Pvt Ltd (Procon) was established in 1990, in Ahmedabad for producing process control equipment such as Temperature Controllers, Process Controllers, Gravimetric Dosing Systems and Gravimetric Blenders. Procon aims at producing high quality products and to emerge as a customer oriented and technically qualified marketing organization.

Temperature Controllers:

Procon offers compact, reliable and low cost temperature controllers under the Fuji temperature controller’s family. These temperature controllers feature waterproof front structure, short depth and large LED display size. Standard auto-tuning, fuzzy control, and self tuning mode are the prime features of these temperature controllers. Optional features available with these temperature controllers include re-transmission output, 16-step ramp/soak function, RS-485 (MODBUS) communication. These temperature controllers come with a 3 year warranty.

Process Controllers:

Procon produces PXH and PXG series process controllers. The PXH series is a temperature and process controller used for measuring pressure and flow rate. Prime features of this series include high speed control, accuracy, and easy configuration with pre-installed control application template.

The PXG series is used for both OEM and process applications. Major features of this series include universal input, auto/manual mode, and smart ramp/soak function with guaranteed soak.

Gravimetric Dosing System:

Procon offers Loss-in-weight type Gravimetric Masterbatch / Additive Dosing Systems. The Colorsave1000 series of loss-in-weight combine the advantages of gravimetric feeding control with additive feeding directly into the main material flow – saves on an average 33% to 50% of masterbatch and additive consumption. The Colorsave 1000 offers highest blend accuracy, excellent reliability, best blend homogeneity. Moreover, it also provides Real-time data acquisition. All theses features combined with a Zero setup time and a compact and easy to clean design makes the Colorsave a first choice for plastic processors.

Gravimetric Batch Blender & Extruder Throughput Control:

Procon produces up to four component batch and continuous Gravimetric Blenders. These can be mounted directly on the throat of the processing machine. The Gravimetric extruder throughput control system provides a direct read out of material flow in either Kgs/Hr. or Grams/Meter. These are extensively used on Multi-layer Film & Tape lines.
