CABLE MAKING MACHINES

Sarvasv supplies a wide range of cable making machines and equipment. The cable making machines and equipment are used to produce All Aluminium Conductors (AAC) / All Aluminium Steel Reinforced Conductors (ACSR), PVC insulated aluminium conductors, and all types of copper conductors. Sarvasv cable making machines are also used to manufacture all types of cables that include house service cables, flexible cables, control cables, power cables PVC and XLPE, telephone cables, telecommunication cables, enamelled wires, PVC pipes and tubes, PVC/PE compounds and master batches, and PVC profiles.

WIRE DRAWING MACHINES

Wire drawing machines are available in different models for drawing copper wires, aluminium wires and other metal wires. The company supplies a wide range of wire drawing machines that include:

Tubular stranding machines are available in (1+3), (1+6) and (1+12) versions for copper wires, aluminium wires and steel wires with bobbin diameters ranging from 300mm to 630mm. Sarvasv offers various models and manufactures tailor-made tubular stranding machines as per the requirements and specifications of the customers.

Sarvasv supplies single and double twist high speed bunching machines for copper wires, aluminium wires, steel wires and also for insulated cables with bobbin diameters from 250mm to 1,000mm.

CABLE EXTRUDERS

Sarvasv supplies complete extrusion lines for insulation, jacketing and sheathing. The company offers cable extruders with screw diameters ranging from 30mm to 150mm. Sarvasv also provides ancillary equipment that include crossheads, payoffs, take-ups, capstans, caterpillars, cooling troughs, pre-heaters, auto loaders, control panels, etc.

The cable extruder equipments are designed for high output and can be used for various grades of polymers efficiently. PE / PVC compound making extruders are also available.

STRANDING MACHINES

Sarvasv supplies various types of stranding machines, including:

• Rigid and planetary stranding machines having various combinations of bobbin diameters ranging from 400mm to 1,200mm for twisting 6, 12, 18, 24, 36, 61, 72, 84, 90 and 108 wires
