PE, PP SINGLE SIDE EXTRUSION (CO-EXTRUSION) LAMINATING MACHINE
Our PE, PP single-side extrusion laminator is the cutting edge in today's lamination. The laminators are available in three series; SG-LM a single side extrusion PP / PE laminating machine, SG-2LM a tandem (double) side extrusion PP / PE laminating machine, SG-LM (CE) the co-extrusion PP / PE / PET laminating machine.

The machines provide a laminating width of 600mm to 2,000mm that can be adjusted by an inner deckle and a laminating thickness of 10gsm to 40gsm with a production capacity of 350kg/hr.

The laminating machines are used in various applications like soft flexible food packaging, medical packaging, paper packaging and industrial packaging, release paper etc. The various types of materials used for lamination are polycello films or bags, laminated aluminium foils, plastic films, plastic bags, anti-static films / bags and other types of laminated plastics or paper packing materials.

PS / PE FOAM SHEET MAKING MACHINE - EXPANDED POLYSTYRENE FOAM SHEET MAKING MACHINE
The expanded polystyrene board foam sheet is composed of polystyrene, blowing agents, fire-resistant substance, colour powder, stabilizers, etc. They are all strictly formulated, and a single-screw tandem extrusion line is used to produce foam board.

The machine is equipped with two sets of extruders with a screw specially designed to cause the resin to melt completely and uniformly prior to extrusion. The ratio of expanding and foaming agent flow can be quickly and easily adjusted for desired density of foam sheet. The extrusion circular die is provided with both heating and cooling arrangements to facilitate start-up, and to supply rapid adjustment of product's quality. The die is also designed for maintaining stability under high pressure and temperature. The take-up winder is equipped with an individual torque motor drive to obtain fine and wrinkle free products.

The foam sheets are used widely in sandwich, hamburger, cake packaging, food packaging and disposable dinnerware. Other applications are disposable lunch boxes, egg tray, meal disks and plates, instant foods and noodle bowls. Moreover they are also used in packaging for cosmetics, toys, and electronics parts.

PP / PS / HIPS / GPS EMBOSSED SHEET MAKING MACHINE - PET SHEET MAKING MACHINE

The single / multiple layer sheet making machine is used for various applications like sandwiches, hamburgers, fast food packaging, disposable lunch boxes, egg trays and meal disks and plates. The materials used for packaging are PP, HIPS, PET and GPS. The sheet thickness ranges from 1mm to 3mm and has an adjustable maximum width of 1,500mm. The extruding capacity is 450kg/hr to 500kg/hr for PP and 700kg/hr to 800kg/hr for HIPS.

The sheet-making machine features a high performance screw, barrel, hydraulic screen changer and auto screen changer. The extruder drives a powerful dc motor for even thickness and high transparency of the sheets.
