Wonderpack – Thermoforming Machines, Extrusion Machines, And Moulds
Wonderpack dedicates itself to the thermoforming industry & strives to be known as the thermoforming people.
Wonderpack is an ISO 9001: 2000 certified manufacturer of thermoforming machines, extrusion machines, and blister packaging machines based in Nashik, India. Wonderpack also offers complete plants for plastic and packaging containers, inline as well as offline Compact Sheet Line Extruder, Thermoforming Machines, Moulds and Accessories.
These machines are also designed to suit for different types of thermoplastic such as HIPS, OPS, PP, PVC, PET, ACRYCLIC, HDPE, ABS, EPS. Wonderpack always
strives for various grades of material to enhance the adaptability of its machines.
THERMOFORMING MACHINES
Wonderpack builds thermoforming machines for various purposes like plastic processing and packaging. Thermoforming machines for packaging include UNIFORMA series, Automatic Roll-Fed/Trim-in-place Thermoforming, Special purpose Thermoforming, Continuous Vacuum Forming, Automatic Vacuum Forming, and Thermoforming Machine with Inline Cutting & Stacking. These machines under packaging include Shrink Wrapping Machine & Systems, Thermoform-Fill-Seal Machine, and Blister Forming/Skin Packaging Machine.
EXTRUSION MACHINES
Extrusion Machines of Wonderpack come in two varieties – monolayer extrusion machines and multilayer extrusion machines. Compact sheet line extrusion machines are capable of producing high impact polystyrene, polypropylene as well as PET sheets. Multilayer extrusion is the simplest method of producing multi-layer sheet with a varying combination of materials. The different types and forms of materials are conveyed from independent extruding units, that are part of the main extruder. The extruded sheet is passed through the edge trimming unit, this finished sheet is then wound into separate winders and the side trimmed material is separately wound in a scrap-winder.
MOULDS
Wonderpack has developed a wide range of moulds to produce plastic containers to hold different types of food products. These moulds include
- Moulds for simultaneous forming and punching of cups, tubs and lids
- Moulds for the production of PP/PS/PET plates/trays
- Moulds for packaging application
