HIGH-SPEED, SMALL SIZED CIRCULAR LOOMS
Our high-speed, small sized circular loom has a weaving speed 30% to 50% faster than four-shuttle circular looms. Two types of high-speed small six-shuttle circular looms are available - the up-and-down reciprocating shaft type, and the band type. The band type six-shuttle circular loom adopts a single-curve cam, without the need for an oil lubricating system and removing the problem of oil spillage in the production area.

MULTI-FUNCTION CYLINDRICAL LAMINATING MACHINES
Yanfeng's cylindrical laminating machine uses the adhesive properties of polypropylene and polyethylene during melting to laminate paper or color-printed OPP / BOPP film onto woven PP bags. Applications include color-printed packaging bags for instant noodles, melon seeds, etc.

Our cylindrical laminating machines feature automatic temperature-control systems to adjust the melting temperature. The screw and cylinder are made of 38CrMoAlA alloy steel and treated with nitrogenation. Features include:

• The double-die can realize single or double-face coating
• Width of coating and laminate can be regulated
• Automatic speed regulation controls coating thickness and laminating speed

FLAT YARN EXTRUDER
The Yanfeng brand tape extruder combination was designed to introduce and assimilate up-to-date technologies at home and abroad. It adopts advanced electric digital-simulation control technology, such as computer-controlled frequency, conversion speed-regulation and controllable silicon direct-current speed regulation.

With high production efficiency and high quality tape tube forming, this assembly can also be equipped with an advanced band. This assembly has two kinds of stock thread heating structures, hot-blast stretching bellows and electric baking board. It can be used for forming PP, HDPE and LLDPE.

GRAVURE PRINTING MACHINE
The machine is suitable for printing of BOPP / PP / PET / PVC / LDPE / HDPE films and paper, and can complete multi-color printing in one step, with color register, color printing and winding at a regulated, continuous speed.

Tension regulation winding provides automatic control. Our gravure printing machinery adopts double drying ovens with far-infrared drying, to accelerate the drying process, and provide quick, accurate color register and vivid images. The finished product can be used for plastic packaging bags directly, or be laminated with other materials to make color printed woven bags or cartons.

CUTTING AND STITCHING MACHINERY FOR PACKAGING
Yanfeng's cutting and stitching packaging machinery offers the following features:

• Automatically performs normal-length cutting and hemming for woven cloth in roll to save labor
• Adopts servo motor to drive and optical code meter to count length, to precisely control length of bags
• After heat-cutting bag plackets are easy to open
• Pneumatic up-coiling ensures convenient operation

Cement Bag Making Machine
The cement bag making machine is also known as auto pasted pp woven sack making line. Marketed under the YF-SB70A model, cement bag making machine has the capacity to produce 40 to 70 pieces per minute. Length of the bags produced by cement bag making machine is 430-960 mm.
