ACRYLIC INJECTION MOLDING PLASTIC MATERIALS (ACRYPET)

ACRYPET is the registered mark of Mitsubishi Rayon Co. Ltd's methacrylic resin. We produce a wide range of plastics, most notably methacrylic resin, which is valued for its excellent transparency, unique optical features, weather resistance, chemical resistance, good hardness and beautiful appearance.

Easily moldable acrylic injection molding plastic material ACRYPET is used in diverse applications such as automobile, consumer electronics, building materials and optical device industries, including lenses, prisms and light-guiding plates.

ACRYLIC INJECTION MOLDING PLASTIC MATERIALS (ACRYPET) GRADES

We manufacture three grades of ACRYPET for plastics and other related industries:

Standard grades: VH, MD, MF, V, VHS
Impact proof grades: IRH series, IRD series, IRG series, IRK series, IRS series, VRL series, VRS series
Special grades: antistatic grade, filter grade, lens grade, high diffusion grade, optical wave-guide grade.

ACRYPET VH

Acrypet VH is a standard grade with top level of heat resistance. Acrypet VH is mostly used for injection applications of automotive industry.

ACRYPET MD

Acrypet MD possesses well-balanced moldability and heat resistance. Our Acrypet MD standard grade acrylic material is suited for a wide variety of applications.

ACRYPET IRH SERIES: IMPACT PROOF GRADE

We produce impact proof grade IRH acrylic injection and extrusion molding plastic material that has well-balanced properties. including heat resistance and mechanical strength.

ACRYPET IRD SERIES: IMPACT PROOF GRADE

Acrypet IRD impact proof grade is used for injection molding. Our impact proof grade IRD acrylic injection molding plastic material has excellent heat resistance and good molding property.

ACRYLIC COATING MATERIALS

DIANAL-BR thermoplastic acrylic bead resins are more specifically polymers or copolymers of various methacrylic and acrylic monomers used in a wide range of applications, including coating materials, inks and adhesives. DIANAL-BR resins are available in 0.01mm to 1mm particle sizes and in a broad range of grades as well as molecular weights.

DIANAL-BR acrylic coating materials provide chemical resistance, weatherability, rigidity and hardness. It is used in a variety of applications including lacquer coatings, adhesives, paper coating materials, waterproof coatings.

Three grades of DIANAL-BR are commercially available from Thailand:

BR106: general purpose grade, acid value improves adhesion and pigment dispersion
BR113: hard general purpose coating resin.
BR116: coating resin with improved pigment dispersion
