Intergulf ltd – Empol started its operations in the year 2000 with a capacity of 250 million units and rapidly expanded every year with current capacity of 1.8 billion units per annum. PET Preforms are widely used for Mineral Water, Carbonated Soft Drinks, Edible Oil, Milk/Juices, Tomato Ketchup / Mayonnaise and Hot fill applications.

· Bottle design (In house facility with Pro-E Wildfire, Pro-E- Manufacturing, Autodesk Inventor and Blow Mold Simulation platforms)
· Prototying (In house facility to do Acrylic solid models and proto type mold)
· Performance testing (In house test blow molding facility and testing shelf life, Capping torque, oxygen ingress, IV and AA)
· PET stretch blow Mold manufacturing (Full fledged tool room equipped with CNC machining and turning centres, EDM and Wire Cut machines)

PET PREFORM RANGE:

EMPET Preforms widely cater to Mineral Water, Carbonated Soft Drinks, Edible Oil, Milk / Juices, Tomato Ketchup / Mayonnaise, Hot Fill applications etc.,. Preforms range from 14 grams to 91 grams weight and the details are furnished in the attachments. Since the clarity and strength of finished bottles is a direct reflection of the PET Preforms, we adhere to the most stringent quality control at every stage.

In addition to above, Integulf also manufactures CLOSURES, MASTERBATCHES & IN MOLD LABELLED CONTAINERS at its facility.

CLOSURES:

Integulf Ltd-EMPOL offers closures with 30-25 high neck finish and as well with 28 mm PCO for mineral water applications which are produced using HUSKY Injection molding systems.

MASTERBATCHES:

Integulf Ltd- EMPOL manufactures PE masterbatches under the license from Clariant, Italy for Injection, Extrusion and Blow Molding applications. These are available in various colours including white.

POLYPROPYLENE IN MOLD LABELLED CONTAINERS:

Intergulf Ltd - EMPOL offers EMFORM PP thin walled IML containers and tubs in 250 grams and 500 grams capacity which are widely used for Margarine and Butter packing. These containers are available with options of In Mold Labelling or offset printing up to 6 colours on tubs and lids including decoration on the bottom side of the tubs.
