THE EMPOL HERITAGE OF EXCELLENCE:
Empol was established in 1991 as a division of Intergulf, to manufacture quality food grade EMVIN PVC Compounds, catering to a host of applications like Mineral Water, Fruit Juice and Edible oil. Later in view of shift in usage of PVC Compounds for food applications, we have extended our operations to manufacture Industrial grade EMVIN PVC Compounds for Pipes, Fittings, Electrical cables, Foot Wear, Rigid Profiles, Flexible Hoses and Gaskets.

MANUFACTURING FACILITIES:
Our facility is and ISO 9001:2000 accredited and is located in Sharjah, UAE with current compounding capacity of 25,000 Metric Tons per annum using world class equipment from Thyssen Henschel and Plasmec for compounding, Werner Pfleiderer and Plasmec granulators etc.,

Sophisticated Quality Control testing facilities combined with highly skilled and motivated staff ensures the quality of compounds produced. All incoming raw materials are tested and controlled to ensure the highest quality compounds.

EMVIN Compounds are available for several applications in both Dry Blend / Granule form.
