SP Moulding A/S takes over the shares in Sander Tech ApS. Sander Tech ApS has its roots back in 1934, as August Sander established A. Sander’s Bakelite- & Plastikfabrik – later Sander Plast A/S – now Sander Tech ApS and is therefore one of the oldest  companies in plastics in Denmark.

Sander Tech ApS is a highly specialized and focused injection moulding company with focus on wind energy and is situated in Nibe.

SP Moulding A/S is one of the leading injection moulding companies with global sales from production facilities in Denmark, Poland and China. SP Moulding has more than 300 injection moulding machines with clamping forces ranging from 25 tonnes to 1300 tonnes. Among these two- and three-components injection moulding machines with robots.

Sander Tech will continue as a subsidiary of SP Moulding. Jens Birklund Andersen will be the new manager of Sander Tech and keeps at the same time his position as manager of SP Moulding in Stoholm.
