Plastics Molding Manufacturing Inc. is the new name for the ResTech Plastic Molding LLC family of companies.

The Hudson, Mass., company is returning to the original name that CEO George Danis established in 1968, and from now on all three of its facilities will operate under the same name. Previously, it was known as ResTech Plastic Molding in Hudson; Northeast Mold & Plastics in Berlin, Conn., and True Precision Plastics in Lancaster, Pa.

Danis said the new name provides renewed focus that PMM does plastic molding development and production.  The company is taking on a new logo and theme of “America’s Molding Manufacturer,” and has developed a new website.
The company has a total of 86 injection presses ranging from 24 to 500 tons in the three locations. It also has a multi-functional ISO Class 8-certified clean room.

The company acquired True Precision Plastics LLC of Lancaster, Pa., in December 2014. Previously it also added two Connecticut companies, Northeast Mold & Plastics Inc. of Glastonbury, and TechAtlantic Inc. of Berlin. Both were later combined in the Berlin facility.
