Carrier Process Equipment Group, Inc. announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Kinergy Corporation, a Louisville, KY-based manufacturer of custom-engineered vibrating equipment. This new acquisition adds complementary products to CPEG's extensive bulk material handling and processing line.
