LUKOIL SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH ITS TRADE UNION

PJSC LUKOIL and the International Association of LUKOIL Trade Union Organizations have inked an accord that extends through the conclusion of 2026.

This agreement delineates fundamental principles and stipulations for overseeing social and labor-related matters. Additionally, it offers a more comprehensive array of social benefits compared to the prevailing legal framework.

Within this agreement, provisions regarding occupational health and safety are clarified, and adjustments are made to the rates for welfare payments. Furthermore, it addresses supplementary allowances for temporary disability and maternity benefits. The revised document introduces improved travel allowances for vacationers in the Far North and equivalent areas, along with enhanced travel compensation for employees relocating to new work locations. The agreement specifies the extent of financial assistance provided upon childbirth or adoption and establishes a clear definition of the "young specialist" status.

This agreement serves as the foundation for collective agreements entered into across all LUKOIL Group entities. Its ongoing refinement, in alignment with legislative changes and LUKOIL's corporate policies, ensures the stable evolution of the Company's social partnership system. This underscores the Company's commitment to collaboration with its employees and the trade union in accordance with the LUKOIL Group Sustainability Policy.
