With the acquisition of Ashdowne by our subsidiary LEHVOSS UK, the LEHVOSS Group is once again strengthening its activities in the field of functional fluids (lubricants, metalworking fluids, fuel additives, ...).

Following the acquisition of GP2C in France in 2021, this is now the second acquisition and an expansion of the now well-established and successful cooperation with the US supplier AFTON Chemical, a major supplier to the lubricants industry.

Ashdowne is an established and well-known distributor in the industry that sells AFTON Chemical products from its Warrington site in the UK.

In addition to expanding our cooperation with AFTON Chemical, this acquisition makes our business activity with raw materials for functional fluids even more international. We now have a market presence in Germany, France/Benelux, Italy and the UK, and also serve Spain, Portugal, Poland and Eastern Europe, making us one of the most important distributors with comprehensive market coverage within the European lubricants industry.

Ashdowne is to be merged with LEHVOSS UK on January 1, 2024.
