Thompson Street Capital Partners a private equity firm based in St. Louis, in conjunction with its portfolio company, Savillex, today announced the acquisition of ONFAB. The addition of ONFAB, a manufacturer of bespoke, single-use flexible containment solutions for pharmaceutical process manufacturing, positions Savillex as a leader in providing innovative containment solutions to the global pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and contract manufacturing organizations. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
