Yara Brasil Fertilizandos SA (Yara Brasil) and Petróleo Brasileiro SA (Petrobras) signed this Wednesday, 28, a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at studying potential business partnerships for local initiatives in the fertilizer segment , production of industrial inputs and decarbonization of production.

Brazil is a significant market for both agriculture and industrial solutions, with a focus on growing domestic production and future decarbonization. Yara is playing a leading role in combating the food crisis and is committed to decarbonizing the food value chain, essential industrial and air quality applications, and fuel and energy solutions for maritime transport with zero emissions from fuel and from other energy-intensive industries.
