PolyPlank AB (publ) appoints new CEO

5 March 2025

Stefan Eneman has today been appointed as the new CEO of PolyPlank, effective immediately. He succeeds Marina Abrahamsson, who is returning as CFO, a position she previously held. Over the past 30 years, Stefan has worked in leading positions in a large number of companies in a variety of sectors, including CEO of a brokerage firm and fintech company, and has also been active in the polymer and packaging industry, technology and IT companies.

His focus has consistently been on corporate and business development, which has led to involvement in many different companies both in Sweden and over the last 17 years internationally. His experience and skills are particularly suited to supporting businesses that have stagnated or need new impetus to grow. He has also demonstrated the ability to contribute during critical phases, with his focus on effective development rather than long-term administration.

Trying to turn around and shape Polyplank's development is, as many can understand, a significant challenge - but it is a challenge that motivates me. It is especially fun to return and work on Öland after so many years abroad, a place that is close to my heart, especially since I once grew up here on the island, says Stefan Eneman. Stefan, together with an investor collective, will also become an owner through upcoming issues.

"We are very positive that Stefan wants to take on the role of CEO of PolyPlank. His experience and broad expertise are exactly the right profile to develop PolyPlank with a focus on creating long-term value for shareholders," says PolyPlank's Chairwoman Annika Fernlund.
