Introduction:

revalyu Resources is investing US$100 million to expand its PET plastic recycling operations at its Nashik site in India.

Features:

The recent launch of the second plant allows the Nashik site to recycle over 20 million used PET bottles every day, producing 160 tonnes of high-quality PET chips and polymer daily.

These recycled materials are helping customers meet their sustainability targets across various sectors, including PET bottles, packaging, textiles, automobile accessories, and other PET-based products.

A third plant, which is fully funded as part of the $100 million investment, is currently under construction and will add another 120 tonnes of capacity per day in the third quarter of 2025.

Once complete, the entire site will have the capacity to recycle about 35 million post-consumer plastic bottles per day and produce up to 280 tonnes of PET chips and polymer daily.
