Injection Mould Tooling

Tool making is core to achieving a quality moulded product. Regina’s in-house injection mould tooling is produced using CNC lathes and machining centres, milling, grinding and spark erosion (EDM) and many other machinery in its dedicated toolroom. Our company’s injection mould tooling facility is equipped to ensure complete collaboration with the client throughout the crux of the product life cycle, from conceptualization through to finished product.

The company tailors its injection mould tooling to suit the application (samples only or limited run or high volume production) as each application will have an effect on the demand placed on the mould tool and, ultimately, the cost.
