Plastic Injection Moulding Machine

Plastic injection moulding has been Regina Industries’ forte. They now have 20 injection moulding machine variants ranging from 22 tonnes to 150 tonnes with a shot weight between 1 g and 300 g.

During the plastic injection moulding process, plastic in the form of granules is melted until it is soft enough to be injected under pressure to fill a mould. The plastic materials used - complying to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 standard quality certification - cover a wide range of commercial polymers such as polythene, polypropylene and polystyrene to the engineering polymers such as nylon, acetal and polycarbonate.
